All of our farmers are committed to a respectful approach to farming. This not only includes nurturing the soil, the crops, the animals, feed, and space, but it also means supporting fair wage practices and a commitment to environmental and farming education. All of our growers understand that bridging the farm and city communities requires ongoing, open, and honest conversation. Education is the key to change.

Our farms either certified organic, or use organic practices without yet being certified. When organic products are not accessible we do, on occassion, allow non-organic farmers who are open to organic education to participate, in order to support an inclusive environment of growth. All of our farms are local Ontario farms. We believe that, by supporting local, certified organic farmers we are ultimately supporting the planet and it’s custodians.
